WebSep 18, 2024 · To turn off the green light on our Echo Dot, open the Alexa app on your phone and go to Devices > Echo & Alexa. From there, choose your device, click on Communications and turn it off. Note that turning off the Communications option will turn off all the subsequent communication options on your device.
